Frank D’Amelio joined the Viatris board of directors in May 2025.
Career Highlights:
Mr. D’Amelio is a pharmaceutical industry veteran, most recently serving as the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pfizer Inc., a global pharmaceutical company. Prior to joining Pfizer, Mr. D’Amelio held various roles of increasing responsibility at Alcatel-Lucent, S.A., and its predecessor Lucent Technologies, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer, as well as at AT&T, Inc.
Key Skills and Experience:
Mr. D’Amelio’s qualifications to serve on the Board include, among others, his experience and expertise regarding public company management, finance, accounting and capital markets, global business, and strategy and M&A acquired while serving in senior leadership positions with global companies. Mr. D’Amelio also brings healthcare industry and human capital management experience to the Board.
