Harry Korman joined the Viatris board of directors in 2020 after two years of service on the Mylan board.

Mr. Korman previously served as Mylan’s global chief operating officer, president of Mylan North America and president of Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. He joined Mylan in 1996 after the company’s acquisition of UDL Laboratories, Inc., now known as Mylan Institutional Inc., where he served as its president.

Mr. Korman’s qualifications to serve on the Board include, among others, his experience regarding public company management, corporate governance/CSR, global business, healthcare industry, risk oversight and compliance, and strategy and M&A gained during his almost 20 years serving in leadership roles at Mylan, where he helped grow their generics business and ultimately had responsibility for all operations as Global Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Korman also bring information security experience to the Board.
