James M. Kilts joined the Viatris board of directors in 2020.
Career Highlights:
Mr. Kilts is a founding partner of Centerview Capital, a private equity firm. Mr. Kilts served as co-Chief Executive Officer of Conyers Park III Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company until January 2023 and currently serves in a special advisory role to that company’s board of directors. He previously served as vice chairman of The Gillette Company, and president and chief executive officer of Nabisco Group Holdings Corporation.

Mr. Kilts also brings healthcare industry and human capital management experience to the Board.
