Andrew Enrietti serves as the Chief Administrative and Transformation Officer at Viatris. In this role, he oversees Human Relations, Business Transformation, Information Technology, Information Security, Global Transportation and Security, and Global Workplaces and Real Estate functions. His leadership centralizes the company’s digital, cultural and structural transformation initiatives to accelerate the company’s ongoing strategic evolution.
Andrew has been with Viatris and its legacy company, Mylan, since 2016. Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer, where he led the strategy and execution of the HR global workplaces and real estate functions. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in several successful business integrations.
A dynamic and visionary leader, Andrew is known for building strong relationships and bringing clarity to complex and challenging business situations through robust strategic thinking and problem solving along with deep knowledge of the business. His expertise spans financial services, M&A, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee experience and total rewards. He plays a pivotal role in supporting the Board of Directors and senior management team in achieving business objectives and driving transformation.
Prior to Viatris, he served as Mylan’s Head of Global Total Rewards & HR M&A, where he led the design and implementation of the company’s global compensation and equity programs and employee benefits related to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures – including leading HR diligence and integration for the merger between Mylan and Upjohn. Prior to joining Mylan, Andrew was a financial consultant at a boutique financial services firm, where he supported Mylan’s HR organization from 2013 to 2016.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and management from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. He also completed the Viatris Executive Leadership Academy at Harvard Business School.
